Notes:  This Fender Hot Rod Telecaster is a versatile, light weight and inspirational instrument with some amazing features, starting with a Ash Body in butterscotch blonde with a thin skin lacquer finish, a maple neck with maple fingerboard with a Chunky "U" shape with satin finish on the back, upgraded Fralin pickups (original bridge pickup included), 3 way blade switch and 500k pots, compensated brass saddles, Gotoh locking tuners, Fender Tweed Hardcase. This guitar is in very good condition given its age, it has some dings, scratches and wear on the front, back and on the back of the neck the finish is worn through. Given this is a thin skin model it is hard to tell how genuine the play wear is or if it was intentionally aged by a previous owner. It does have some light fret wear but has plenty of life and doesn't appear to need a fret dress. The guitar feels and sounds amazing and with the wear it plays and feels like a worn in pair of gloves. This guitar has been setup with 11's and is ready to be played and loved for years to come.
