“"My son, 7 y.o., started learning piano with Mrs. Taylor and he loves his lesson time so much!! My son has a hard time with things he doesn’t get perfect in the beginning, but Mrs. Taylor has been such a good teacher for him to have fun in the learning process. She learns her students and what motivates them to learn. We love our piano lessons at Frequency Co!"”

Yesenia Calderon | Voice

“"Frequency Co’s Taylor Samsill is excellent in her craft. As a voice teacher, she not only made it easy to understand my voice but she also cares about student’s vocal health. She answered all of my questions and gave clear exercises to help me strengthen the areas where my voice felt weak or needed more work. I highly recommend Frequency Co and Taylor Samsill if you need to grow or strengthen your vocal technique for your worship team, band, or school choir. She is amazing."”

Christine Magana | Voice

“"I'm so thankful for Frequency Co! When I came to them, I was struggling to feel confident with my singing voice. I had pitch issues and was completely discouraged. After years of feeling like I couldn't sing, Taylor did a quick assessment and discovered the root of my pitch issues. We did a couple exercises and in a matter of a couple sessions my voice was completely transformed! Thank you Frequency Co for helping me find my voice!"”

Meet the Teacher - Taylor Samsill

Meet the Teacher - Taylor Samsill

Bachelor of Music (B.M.) in General, Choral, and Instrumental Music – University of North Texas

Taylor teachers piano, voice, and acoustic guitar. She currently holds a bachelor's degree in Music Education with a concentration in voice from the University of North Texas. Taylor has 7 years of experience in both the private and classroom setting, teaching a variety of ages and skill levels using a blend of classical and contemporary training. She exercises her musical skill by playing piano and singing on her local church’s worship team, songwriting, and simply playing some of her favorite styles of music such as hymns and contemporary piano music.

Taylor's teaching philosophy centers on developing independent musicians who can think critically, solve musical challenges, and create with confidence. She focuses on nurturing the whole student, emphasizing lifelong learning rather than simply mastery of an instrument. She believes music education is not only a path to musical growth but also a catalyst for cultivating essential life skills—discipline, creativity, collaboration, and resilience—that empower students both inside and outside the practice room.
