Refund policy
New, Used and Vintage (consignment included)

Returns are eligible only if written notice via email or phone is received within forty-eight hours upon original invoice date.

Items must be returned to Frequency within seven days for refund to be eligible.

If an item is returned via shipment, proof of date and time shipped must be given to Frequency Co. via email or phone to ensure the item remains refundable in the event shipping is delayed.

Items must be returned in original, as-received/shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use or repair.

Any repairs, aesthetic changes, or alterations—whether necessary or not—that are made without our prior written consent will void eligibility for a refund. This includes but is not limited to changes to hardware, finish, electronics, or setup. Refunds will not be issued for the guitar or any costs related to unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Shipping and tax are non refundable.

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

A "restocking fee" is a charge a store or company may apply when a customer returns an item, essentially covering the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and putting the returned product back on the shelf for resale; it is deducted from the refund amount given to the customer when they return an item.
Guitar Repair and Maintenance Refunds

We will provide an estimate of the repair cost before starting work, and your approval will be required before proceeding.

However, if our work fails to meet expectations, is misdiagnosed and wrong repair performed resulting in an ineffective fix, results in further damage caused, severely impacts playability, etc., Frequency Co. may allot partial or full refunds at our discretion.
