Notes: This 1991 Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay 5 is an early-production, U.S.-made five-string bass finished in classic Sunburst with a maple neck and fingerboard. Manufactured on September 10, 1991, it delivers the legendary StingRay punch, clarity, and powerful active electronics that have made these basses a favorite among professionals for decades. The instrument is in a very good overall condition for its age, showing multiple dings to the body, mostly around the input jack and bridge, a few around the front of the body. The fret board has one spot of sting rub on the second fret under the G-string and a few minor dings to the top of the head. The nut has been replaced and has a spacer under neath it. A sought-after early StingRay 5 that offers outstanding tone, playability, and vintage Music Man craftsmanship.
